Welcome to Bwthyn y Bannau - Little Cottage of the Beacons! We hope you enjoy your stay. To ensure a pleasant experience for all guests, please adhere to the following terms and conditions:

1. No Illegal Activity: Engaging in any illegal activities on the premises is strictly prohibited.
2. No Unauthorised Guests: Please do not invite additional guests without prior approval.
3. No Smoking Indoors: Smoking is not permitted inside the cottage.
4. No Pets: Pets are not allowed on the property to ensure the comfort and safety of all guests.
5. Exterior Lights: As we are located in an International Dark Sky Reserve, please turn off all exterior lights before going to sleep to preserve the natural night environment.
6. Respect for Property: Please treat the cottage and its contents with care and report any damages or breakages.
7. Noise Levels: Please keep noise to a minimum, especially during nighttime hours, to respect the tranquility of the area.
8. Check-In and Check-Out: Check-in is from 3:00 PM, and check-out is by 10:00 AM. Please adhere to these times unless otherwise arranged.
9. Waste Disposal: Dispose of all waste in the designated bins. Recycling is encouraged to help protect the environment.

11. Cancellation Policy: Free cancellation is available up to 14 days before arrival. Cancellations made within 14 days of arrival will be charged for the entirety of the booking.

Guest Responsibilities

1. Cleanliness: Guests are responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the cottage during their stay. Please leave the property in a tidy condition upon departure.
2. Security: Ensure all doors and windows are securely locked when leaving the property.
3. Appliances: Use all appliances and facilities responsibly. Report any malfunctions or issues to the property manager immediately.
4. Respect for Neighbours: Be considerate of neighbours.
5. Fire Safety: Follow all fire safety guidelines provided. Do not leave open flames unattended and ensure all cooking appliances are turned off when not in use.
